Limited Partnership simple

Parts to be provided in the case of a limited partnership simple:

- Act property lease contract registered or certificate of residence from a legal person (1 copy);
- Statutes signed by the partners and recorded (5 copies);
- Certificate negative (3 copies);
- Identification of executive directors and partners (4 copies);
- The authorization provided by law if the sponsors are minors under Moroccan law (2 copies);
- Declaration early majority for sponsors minors (2 copies);
- Declaration of conformity (2 copies);
- Copies of the announcement in the Journal of Legal ads (1 copy);
- Published in the Official Bulletin or possibly sealed request to the BO (1 copy);
- If a partner is a foreigner he must produce an extract from the document stating his regime marital (2 copies);
- If the activity is regulated, a copy of the authorization, diploma or title necessary to carry out the activity undertaken, if any (5 copies);

 

Parts to be provided in the case of individuals (stewardship free):

- Lease contract or stewardship free signed and registered (5 copies);
- Published in the Journal of Legal Ads of the act of stewardship (1 copy);
- Published in the Official Bulletin of the act of stewardship (1 copy);
- Copies of the "National Identity Card" INC ( the tenant in stewardship free (5 copies);
- Copies of inscriptions model No. 7 issued on behalf of the lessor, by the secretary-clerk of court, if necessary (5 copies);
- If the activity is regulated, a copy of the authorization, diploma or title necessary to carry out the activity undertaken, if any (5 copies);

 

Parts to be provided in the case of individuals (traders):

- Deed of contract or lease registered (2 copies);
- The negative certificate in the case of selecting a brand or a brand name (3 copies, 1 original and 2 certified copies);
- If the activity is regulated, a copy of the authorization, diploma or title necessary to carry out the activity undertaken, if any (5 copies);
- Declaration on honour as the trader who has never sought registration of trade or working in the public sector (1exemplaire);
- Copy of identity based on the power of attorney with the subject (5 copies, 1 copie and 4 certified copies);
- Extract from the note indicating the matrimonial property regime for foreign traders (2 copies);
- The authorization provided by law if the trader is a minor under Moroccan law (2 copies);
- Declaration early majority if the trader is minor (2 copies);
-  Where acquisition of a business, provide certificate proving the origin of the funds trade (1 copy).

 

      Limited liability company "SARL"

 Parts to be provided in the case of a limited liability company:

- Act property lease contract registered or certificate of residence from a legal person (2 copies: 1 original and 1 certified copy);
- Statutes signed by the partners and recorded (5 copies of which 2 and 3 originals certified copies);
- If the manager is not named in the statutes, Minutes of the Ordinary General Assembly registered (5 copies: 2 original and 3 originals certified copies);
- Certificate of blocking DH 10,000 (ten mile dirhams) minimum (3 copies: 1 original and 2 certified copies);
- Report of the Commissioner of contributions (if any) (3 copies: 1 original and 2 certified copies);
- Photocopy of the manager CIN (for foreign residents a photocopy of the registration card and for non-resident aliens a photocopy of your passport) (5 certified copies);
-  Declaration of conformity (2 copies);
- Announced the Journal of Legal Ads (1 copy);
- Request for insertion in the opinion of the company in the Official Bulletin (in Arabic).
- Certificate negative (3 copies: 1 original and 2 certified copies).
- If the activity is regulated, a copy of the authorization, diploma or title necessary to carry out the activity undertaken, if any (5 copies);

NB:
- The manager must be neither minor nor official
- Declaration of the manager as what it does not work in the public sector if the following functions contained in its CIN: Administrator, a student, accountant, engineer or student)
- If a partner is a moral persons Moroccan or foreign, the certificate of registration of the company called the RC is sought
 

       Company in partnership

Parts to be provided in the case of a partnership:

- Act property lease contract registered (or certificate of residence from a legal person (2 copies: 1 original and 1 certified copy);
- Statutes signed by the partners and recorded (5 copies: 2 original and 3 copies certified copies);
- Identification of all partners (5 copies);
- If a partner is a foreigner he must produce an extract from the document stating his regime marital (2 copies);
- Authorization of the Tribunal if a partner is a minor (2 copies);
- Declaration early if a majority of members is minor (2 copies).
- Certificate negative (3 copies of 1 original and 2 certified copies);
- Declaration of conformity (2 copies);
- Announced the Journal of Legal Ads (1 copy);
- Request for insertion in the opinion of the company in the Official Bulletin (in Arabic).
- If the activity is regulated, a copy of the authorization, diploma or title necessary to carry out the activity undertaken, if any ( 5 copies );

NB  
- The shareholders should be neither minor nor officials
- Declaration of the manager as what it does not work in the public sector if the following functions contained in its N.I.C. ( National Identity Card): Administrator, a student, accountant, engineer or student)
- If a partner is a moral persons Moroccan or foreign, the certificate of registration of the company called the RC is sought
